The dialogue of Picture export shows the option between "Pixel" and "Millimeter", but both options are grey (disabled) and fixed to pixel.

How can I set "Millimeter"?

I tried to edit the german language file with "Maximum recommended size", but the program still shows the english words. Maybe the text is hardcoded??

The langugae file in german is rather bad.

Many words are not translated (translated from english to english);

many words are missing and

many words are missing the &-sign and therefor can not be found by the computer ...

It is independent from the drawing (dxf, dwg2000, dwg2004, ..). it happens (often, not always - see above) when quitting the start-procedure with Ctrl-Q.
