Bug: no refreshing of picture when changing the file

The new version of TC-Plugin has a bug:

- open TC
- go to a folder with dwg
- click a dwg
- press Ctrl-Q: the dwg is displayed in the viewer window (fine)

- press cursor up or cursor down to change the file in the file-list
- the cursors is moved to another dwg
- the Cadview does not display the new selected file - it displays allways the file which was selected first (not fine ...)
- the previous releases does not have this problem

Now (with that bug) the software 90% useless ..

The WLX file in Cadview.zip is still from October 2, and that is the buggy file.
