WMF-display: cutted borders

I have a problem to display WMF with software XnView plus plugin Cadview.

Hello Peter.
In vector graphics rectangles correspond polylines. When you change polyline width, its coordinates doesn't change.

Standard features should be implemented in the standard-configuration of a software.

But that's not standard feature. You can try such thing in AutoCAD - with the same result.
