Cadview crashes TC

I upgraded from version 8 to 9 some days ago and had no problems, while the registration-alert was displayed all the time. Now I entered the registration, and the files are displayed immediately. Fine.
But when I quit Cadview it crashes TC without any message. The "application" disappears from task-manager, but the "process" stays alive. Every next crash kills the application and stays the process (I had seven totalcmd.exe-processes)
This happens when I have Ctrl-Q and
a) click another file then DWG. The closing of Cadview and the calling of another Viewer-plugin seem to crash it.
or
b) press Ctrl-Q again to close the Quickview
or
c) started a viewer-window with F3 and cancel it with ESC.
If I hoover the mouse over an icon, it try to display the tooltip - but the CADview-windows goes to the background, and the tooltip is only a small shadow which stays on top of all other applications too.
If the window does not go to the background, all tooltips of the icons (F3 or Ctrl-Q) are displayed on the same position. (see attachment)
I use TC 8.01 x32 on a Win 7 x64 machine, display Zoom 125%.
EDIT:
Setting display to 100% removes the shadows and the flying tooltips of the main icons, but the crashes and the flying tooltip of layer-dialogue still exist.
